Message I know that stinks, but I had the same thing happen to me on my TT that was sideswiped in Texas a couple years back. At the very least you can go ahead and get that car taken care of, and your carrier can sue Geico. The only drawback here is that your deductable would still apply. However, while it is being fought by the insurance companies in court, your premium will not increase unless judgement is not made in your favor. However, if your carrier wins the case, then you will get the deductable as cash back.

I know it sounds like a PITA, but trust me...I went round and round as a 3rd party claimant, but when I gave up and turned it over to my own insurance, it eventually worked itself out.

Or you could just take the driver to small claims court, or hire your own lawyer. But thouse routes, you will no doubt loose a little money out of pocket or out of time wasted.

Hope this helps!
Again Good Luck!
